Hopefully, us leaving the EU will be a first major step in restoring accountability to those who spend our money.

I was watching the news last night, hearing the EU "President" talking about his reaction to our resignation.  I wasn't thinking about what he was saying, just about who the hell voted him into office?  I don't remember the election for our president.  The Americans have a dangerous lunatic in charge but at least they voted for him, and will certainly give him the boot the next time around now that they've seen that he's completely mad.
