Seems very reminiscent of Jill Steins recent exploits as the Green Party candidate in the recent US elections she received just 4% of the vote.

She then insisted on a recount and set up a GoFundMe page asking for donations to pay for said recount, she ended up with a few million dollars extra, which is nice bonus for her.

I wonder where Blair got his sudden inspiration from.
