I never really realised how much it takes to make these kind of things until my daughter started at Warner Brothers where she is an apprentice Graphic designer. Even something that looks like a simple 2D picture to our eyes takes ages to put together with all kinds of special effects. We see the end product, but not the time and work that goes into it. When my daughter explains it all my eyes glaze over.

She has been there a year now and has another 6 months to go. She was very lucky that they extended her apprenticeship. She does want to spread her wings a bit after that though and would love to get her foot in the door to do 3D design at some point, whether at Warner Bros or somewhere else. Still she would only be a small cog in the wheel. It takes a big team to make it all work so we can enjoy the outcome.
