Another referendum would be a nonsense, it reminds of a line in a book where two groups are about to fight over cheese. "If we win you will join us, if you win we will keep coming back until we win".

However the fact remains that to hold a referendum on a complicated question and where a simple majority would decide one way or the other, was an incredibly stupid way to behave.
