New Zealand are offering the UK its top trade negotiators, to support the British civil service as it prepares for the exciting prospect of seeking new trade deals with countries across the globe. We simply made an offer that we as a country that is a long standing friend stands ready to be useful in anyway we can be.

Any newly liberated UK trade team will certainly be busy. Business Secretary Said Javid revealing he has had multiple offers to begin trade negotiations immediately with a number of nations, including Australia,South Korea, Canada, India and Mexico

The conservative minister also announced that he and Lord Price would be going on trade missions to China, Honk Kong and Brazil in order to strengthen Britain's links with other economies.
