Perhaps mentally ill enough to form an Army, of like minded mentally ill people, call yourself  ISIS  and form your own caliphate..........or is that not classed as being mentally ill ?? ( because a great many of their actions would suggest otherwise )  If not, then what actions by which mentally ill people are excusable ( or can at least warrant some degree of understanding ) and which ones are not ; because it beats the hell out of me.
