I see, I know people like you describe, don't  really allow it to get to me if I'm honest though that has not always been the case. Don't you agree that the contributions are still valid even if you disagree with the delivery. I agree with the brain surgeon analogy, bit like some people I work with, they would hire a famous artist like Monet (if he were alive) for the prestige then expect him to paint by numbers. The worlds full of em but it would be far less interesting without them.
