Not a smokescreen Al, if your product is fresh it needs to remain chilled, all movement of food stuffs is subject to food hygiene requirements. So I might have pre packed dairy or meat products but does a charity normally have a chilled vehicle?
Me thinks you have not worked in the food chain for some time if at all.
