There's a subtle difference, the TTIP agreement being "Secretly" negotiated at the moment; is being negotiated by " Big Brother "......the EU....with their agenda of a Federal Europe as the backdrop. The other parties involved, being " Big Business " and multi nationals; with their own agendas on access to markets, that will feather THEIR nests.......at the expense of small businesses and countries that aren't in " The Club ".........that's hardly free and fair trade now......is it !!
