We need to start training our own populace to do a wide variety of jobs instead of stealing another nations resources.
Almost every type of training in the UK has suffered severe cuts which makes no sense unless the aim is to save on training then on wages.
As for UK residents not wanting the jobs, who did them before labour betrayed it's people?
