He's harking back to the age of the Klu Klux Klan, which wasn't short of its own supporters in the Southern States; but I really thought America had moved on from those Days...........looking at the World, the picture is rather depressing; because, although technology has evolved & progressed, Human society really hasn't progressed much at all..........has it !!
