I have just received my first negative feedback, the buyer said the item not as described and that I was rude and ignorant, she said the trousers I sold her were an inch longer than I had advertised and I suggested she could put a hem on them , does that make me rude and ignorant? have put the matter in e bays hands to sort it out as I am not happy at all about it.
