Sorry, I'll get my grammar police coat and go. I do miss the rubber bands though, damn useful for all sorts.

People who drop litter neatly wrapped in plastic shopping bags with a little bow on top, presumably to make it easier for someone else to pick up.  YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE !!!
