In answer to your question, CeeDee, as to why these people want to come here, most of them are young men. They come from countries where National Service is mandatory, and they don't want to fight. Yes....there are other European countries that don't have National Service, but combined with the other pull factors, the UK is seen as their favoured destination. Maybe we should announce five years compulsory National Service for all young men!
In answer to the original question, any that are found to be 'paperless', having destroyed any personal documents they might have had, should be taken back to Syria, so that they can find their own way home. Any that do have papers should be looked at with a view to granting asylum. But they should be taken home first. I see that the EU has announced that they will distribute 40,000 over the next two years. That is just going to encourage more and more to leave Africa. And how many of those will be terrorists?
And, incidentally, Malacandran has made a very very good point with his earlier post about a New World Order. All this is part of a grand plan to abolish Nations and borders.
And seeing Mr Cameron posturing in Brussels....well...he is wasting his time. As Mr Tusk said this morning, the basic fundamental rules of the EU are not for sale...non-negotiable. Just a suggestion in answer to the OP. Over to you Mr BH...go on...find some more tiresome links to prove me wrong. A constructive suggestion would be nice for a change. I don't think you have made one yet?
