Yes Steve, it's a great way of keeping in touch with your parcels. I ordered something about a week ago which was being delivered by DPD. My first message read. "Dave is on his way to you and will contact you by phone within an hour of reaching you".
Later I had another message. "Sorry, Dave has been delayed and will not reach you until tomorrow"
When Dave finally arrived, he apologised and told me he'd had a puncture and was three hours behind. I quite like the service. It's customer care at its best.
