flipping lightbulbs!  the halogen spotlight ones, where it says 4000 hrs on the packet.  Is it heck, more like 96 with the last lot I bought. All other products have to comply with what it says on the packet, so why are lightbulb manufacturers allowed to declare 4000 hrs ??  Im paying more for the bulbs in my kitchen than the electric to light the darn things 😞
