Quite so Caution, the other thing so far not mentioned is the ongoing undermining of the Beeb by commercial interests or Sky/ Murdoch etc, they want to own all then sell to the highest bidder. The Beeb gets kicked all over the place and whilst nowhere near perfect they are in a no win situation. TG Is popular commercials hate that.
