Hi to all my old mates who I havent seen in a long time.
My MS had a blip but hopefully its takjen the blip away.
I have spent a couple of weeks in a hospice to give my dear wife and myself a break and to get me back to feeling good.
Wow wot a difference a couple of weeks does.
All my medication has had a swap around.
Most I took in the morning is now taken in the evening and its made me more alert.
You wont see me on much as bed rest is the best rest so I'll see you when I see you.

Bet you're relieved to be remembered! A work colleague once told me about retirement: "Fred, if you want to know how much you'll be missed when you go, put your hands into a bucket of water. The hole that's left will indicate the amount you'll be missed."
"But that's rubbish - it doesn't leave a hole. It just fills up with water as soon as you take your hands out."
"Precisely - you won't be missed." Sure enough, into my third year of retirement, about 40% of my colleagues have moved on, and people are having to be reminded of who I was and what I did. You're doing alright 
- people know you and like you. If I left the board they'd remember me for all the wrong reasons!
