I agree entirely. Domestic violence is very difficult though, yes I see why bail should not be granted but then people are innocent until proven otherwise. I do believe that better measures to protect vulnerable victims could and should be taken.
No one should suffer violence nor accept excuses for it, a parting of ways should take place immediately!
