They don't deserve understanding, the victims family Need to know these objects are out of harms way forever & not have to worry about others having to go through what they have, anyone crossing the line & resorting to murder should be removed from society by whatever means & it should be permanent ! Once again I repeat nobody is in the position to second guess these people until the event, then it's too late , so that being the case remove them totally so they can never cause pain & grief to anyone other than themselves again!!
