Commerce must spend billions on H&S equipment along with risk assessments, SOPs, training courses, in fact I cannot understand why this huge investment has not resulted in quieter A&E departments.
Also are we just becoming soft, unable to manage a hissing in the ear or a headache caused by bad posture. If you cut your finger is a trip to A&E really necessary?
