It's the sort of logic creationists use but which unfortunately doesn't always work to their advantage.
It's odd how the 'Intelligent Designer' failed to put the larygeal nerve the right side of the aortic arch when they designed the giraffe in order that it didn't have to travel all the way from the larynx down to the heart then back again up that long neck to the brain.
Of course when he designed the early fish it didn't matter, they didn't have necks.
