Mr Wright said he was stepping down to ensure the ''important issues'' outlined in the report could be discussed and considered ''without distraction''. I thought that's what his job was about? ..........

He is still to get his full pension. I wonder why? It doesn't occur to him (or some others it seems?) It was HIS job to know what was going on!!! He cant be in office for five years and then say he knew nothing about it? And less he takes the public for Idiots!!!
Smacks of one law for them, and one for us. No, he should not get a full pension for NOT doing his job. And no one being able to sack him has to be one the daftest things politicians have ever allowed. Then of course they only look so far
