Have you ever been in that situation? I don't think the abuser would risk that for the very reason you give it's amazing how many women come forward after this sort of thing happens. Male & female bosses nowadays know they have to have a good reason for sacking a woman under these circumstance , in the earlier years it was different, believe it or not women have the right to do their job without being molested, apart from that it also makes it better for the decent males in the workplace too. These lowlife don't just pick on one woman all of a sudden they have been doing it for years because they think they are invincible !.
