With respect, there are rules of conduct In the workplace nowadays, no woman should be subjected to this sort of treatment, & what is it if that isn't a violent assault!. I'm sure if someone was to grab you in a certain manner whether it be male or female you wouldn't just go red & shrug it off, some men who resort to this sort of behaviour will not take no for an answer, but have a hard time explaining to their wives why they have a bruise.these habitual offenders use the very thing you say to get away with it every time!!.
