I doubt we will ever stop it Rose and do we have the will, inclination or mandate to even try? People irk at the thought of troops and tanks on the ground and yet they moan about a lack of response when measures fall short of this! What do people want and how are we learning from previous lessons?! Also consider what has led to this; is this not a result of what has gone before giving even more reason for careful condieration and reflection now?
