No Al...you are not the only one! It seems to me that they cannot accept their son's prognosis...understandably of course. This Proton Beam treatment cannot work for everyone, and I read that they were told that it would not help their son. I also read that they were not barred from seeing their son, just barred from removing him from the hospital. I may be an old cynic, but they have had maximum publicity and now the offer of having the Proton Beam treatment for Ashya. It must be dreadful having such a sick child, but sometimes you just have to trust the Doctors.
