The first contributor to dive in here - no surprise there tho' - had the man almost banged up in prison, without a mention of him being arrested or charged. In fact I'm not even sure at that point he'd even been interviewed. My advice to her would be take a deep breath, count to ten, and to curb her enthusiasm for the morbid.
