The NHS was set up for poor people it's hardly our fault that the government allows it to be abused! & as far as I know & I'm sure your going to tell me if I'm wrong it wasn't put into use for immigrants legal or otherwise, when we enter another country it is our responsibility to take out insurance in case of illness if we don't we have to pay!.
