.So many prophecies are being fullfilled by it here and now I cannot be in any doubt... 1878, 1914, 1918, 1925, 1975 and by the end of the 20th century, all failed prophecies for the end time. You need to learn what a real prophecy actually is. A vague suggestion that something may happen in the future, something which is almost bound to happen anyway, is not a prophecy, if it was we are all prophets because we all do it. Neither is searching the Bible to find a statement which may act as a prophecy for an event which has already happened or is about to happen, the prophecy has to come before the prophesised and not the other way round. They are obviously so out of context because peoplke in favour would not use them in that way. All prophecy if taken in the context meant can be verifified by history and archeology, it has to be backed up by that kind of authourity for the very reasons we are discussing - PROOF -............... Take for instance the first on the list in that link "The Destruction of Tyre", The prophesy was fulfilled over 200 years later, in 332 BCE by Alexander the Great and his Army. It may not always be a fulfillment in the way you would expect but a fullment in a way Jehovah states.......................with all the accounts they can be verifiied they have to be...................................................So Bank I suggest you get to know your scriptures correctly and learn your history and facts before you do start quoting other mens falsehoods before you try using them as valid arguements............................................ As for prophecies of today................................there are many.......Some I'm thinking of though is. "The good news of the Kingdom will be preached in ALL the inhabited earth" which it is, there is not one other religion accomplishing that........."You will be objects of hatred on account of my name" - Jesus words.... JW's are hated and ridiculed more than any other religion in the whole of the world.........................................The prophecy of Jesus birth, life ministry and death was fulfilled many other religions will verify that even if ones fail to want to believe it. History has verified many of the great wars and lands/peoples over throwing each other right down to this day. Even the League of Nations then the United Nations organisations where prophecied about.............................There is one big one to look for too that will accur in the not too distant future, it has already begun if you know what the scrptures are describing and that is The fall of the empire of false religion at the hands of World Governments, I say it is happening now because the world powers now are increasingly loosing their patience with religion medling in their affairs and slowy are begining to turn on them.............................All these things may be small insugnificant things to you but they are signs of the times which God has warned us of.
