Bank you are way off the mark with a money making industry...........Yes, the organisation is very prosperous which we are so very grateful for, apart from the odd bit of income from a property sale here and there we are completley funded by VOLUNTARY contributions, yes voluntary, we do not have collection plates handed round each meeting, we do not have to submit a certain percentage of our income and no charge is asked for any of our literature from our members or the public............... The fact we have grown so much and have such wonderful Kingdom halls is all down to Our God and our hardworking brothers and sisters, the fact we have come so far is because we have had Jehovahs blessing............. I will add, we are in the process of rebuilding a wonderful new complex just outside of brooklyn USA where our main, but now outgrown buildings have been for the last 60 odd years. Very exiting times ahead. All self built too by our own. My congregation built our own Kingdom hall in 3 days........we all had a share, all materials, time and energy loving contrubuted willing unpaid. It houses 4 congregations of around 100 -200 each. Quite a building and very warm and cosy.
