Excellent!

It's the young ones who will show the way towards peace - one hopes.

Although there are many people both in Israel and Palestine who want peace.

There is an organisation called "Chefs for Peace" with Christian Muslim and Israeli chefs operating from Jerusalem. They share a common food heritage and there's nothing like food to bring people together.

There's also the success story of Yotam Ottolenghi (Jewish) and Sami Tamimi (Muslim) who both grew up in Jerusalem in the west and east of the city but didn't know each other, then they met in London in the 80's, they became close friends then business partners. They set up  the Ottolenghi restaurants and the food is just fabulous, a fusion of Arab and Jewish.

As I'm keen on cooking I have a couple of their recipe books, delicious food!
