Yes age is practical, sure I said that earlier. Paedophilia is a sexual attraction towards prebubescent children; having an attraction is not illegal! The term 'active paedophile' is the misleading one because to be active you only need to have an attraction. If one sexually assaults a minor then the crime is sexual assault of a minor, there is not such crime as paedophilia! Paedophilia is a state of mind!
