I too made a pig of myself and went back into the dining room for seconds. (It was a buffet-style set up) Right in front of my eyes on the table one of the grandchildren had put a half-eaten chicken leg in a bowl of custard. :_|

Seriously though, they did. They unwrapped the pressies we bought them. We bought Lexie a huge sit-in pink car. She started to eat it when her mum sat her in it. :^O  I will send pic.

How do you get trifle off the ceiling?

Tricky one that! Had to get red wine off a wall once..:8}:O.. and disentangle one of my nieces when as 3 year  old she fell asleep face down  in her Christmas pudding  :^O. but no, can't help with the trifle...........sorry!.:|
