A lovely and extraordinary man indeed, who could also be very irritating at times with his sometimes off the wall views. Nonetheless many of the things he stood for were very sound and some have proved to come true over the years. I always liked him and enjoyed his sometimes "thorn in the side" politics. His compassion and caring shone through and he was certainly a "one off".
