People that drive in poor visibilty with only side lights on.

Tailgating.

People that go down the outside lane knowing it is closed due to roadworks and forcing their way in right at the roadworks and last but not least people that know they are in the wrong lane for the junction they want then slow down until they can force their way in causing the traffic in both lanes to gring to a halt.
