Yes Lola, it's nice to see the nose-poking, interfering, busybodies with nothing better to do, are alive and well and wasting valuable police time. Had they just had a word with the mum, they'd have discovered that she had the child's coat in the car, and so saved all the furore.

 

I accept that the infant has a ruddy face, but some children display that complextion whatever the weather.
