Hope to stop smoking, losing a few pounds too. would be nice... not 'til all the extra goodies have been gobbled up first of course. 

Just received my e-cig from T*sco, ordered MOH his type of cartrage also.

If I manage to stop smoking MOH is going to be encouraged   forcibly to do like-wise... after all it would mean a guaranteed foreign holiday every year ...... or a big household purchase like new loo...... a good deposit on a new car....  and so on, a no brainer but if MOH does not stop, I may find it a little more difficult.
