Oh by the way, remember Alfie the Pomeranian?  He now has a collar with his name and address on and his phone number. He has also been chipped. As soon as he steps outside a satellite is onto him. Isn't technology great?

I  think all pets should be microchipped by law - would save an awful lot of grief!
