At the time the DJ said what he did to me, I'd just told him that I'd not known before that "the person" wasn't "straight". I also didn't know that the person I was talking to wasn't "straight" either and wondered for a long time why he was less friendly after I'd been outspoken about "the person" and his preferences...... A foot in mouth moment for me!
