I cannot recommend Hermes.  I have had 2 book parcels delivered by them and both times they just left them on the doorstep on the street - all day until I got back from work. Fortunately they were not stolen.

When I mailed them to say this was not a good idea, they were not interested in the quality of their service at all, but told me I should contact the company I bought the books from!
