Whoa, Steve! Before using Hermes you might want to have a look at online reviews such as http://www.trustpilot.co.uk/review/www.myhermes.co.uk, showing that Hermes is ranked 36th (out of 38) parcel delivery companies.

For delivery of a simple small package to me last month, Hermes at first took two weeks to declare that my postcode was wrong - a common scam amongst couriers when they don't want to admit they didn't bother trying to deliver - then 'lost' the replacement package.
