I am trying to bulk upload listings via csv.
I have tripled checked the file, I have tried to upload it as a csv and xlsx. But I keep getting the same error message -

All the listings are fixed price and GTC, so start price is left blank and buy it now is filled according to the specifications below
Character limit: Max length 16,
accepts decimal point but no
currency symbols
Type: Currency
Valid Entry: Numeric amount, like
5.99, 10.00, 100.00
