Hello sir i hope you are doing good there. As you know my seller account has been permanently closed. But why are you not send my available payout funds in my link bank account. I have already submitted my all sold items tracking numbers as well. So i requested  to you please send my available payout funds in my linked bank account as soon as possible. I shall be very thankful to you. Thanks in Advance.

Did you provide all proof of ID that eBay requested and were they accepted?

if not, eBay will not release your money until you do so

eBay will hold your funds indefinitely until you provide ALL the details required by eBay, and eBay says they are all accepted. 

Your seller account is not closed, I just checked, it is still open, although it has dreadful feedback
