Could just be an early morning technical glitch, 8 hours back in eBay HQ, in CaliforiA , is when updates are made at night and early hours of the morning there, and the tinkering sometimes causes temp tech issues.

Or,  it could be a devise or browser issue.  Are you using the app?  I don't use it,  but believe there''s a new update to install.

Switch if you can to a PC / laptop and try Chrome or Firefox they work best with eBay.

Clearing cache and cookies may help,  too.

If someone has placed a bid the BIN option disappears,so could that be the reason for what you see.
