We're recovering the failed amount from your available funds

I've had several emails saying that they are recovering the failed amount from your available funds.  I have sold a few clothing items recently but they don't havve sellers fees anymore so I don't know what this recovery is for.  Is it just that Ebay system is not up to date with the change of sellers fees policy.

Look in Payments to see what the charges are for.

It could be that you have promoted your items, need to pay for postage labels or have refunds to pay out.  It won't be anything to do with selling fees as these are deducted before Ebay pay you the money from your buyers.
