Item not received

So I made a purchase 1st may and it's still not arrived seller told me multiple times it had been posted but nothing I was provided with a tracking number 12th may and no parcel known I rang Yodel 13th may and they said the label was purchased but no parcel and I'm in need of this item urgently I contacted the seller but have been ignored please help

Go to the item in your purchases, go right and open an Item not Received case. Escalate it in 3 days' time if your seller does not refund you, or you don't receive your item.

Before buying urgent items on ebay, it pays to look at the seller's record for deliveries. It is covered by the star ratings and buyers comments.
