Counterfeit stamps on an item received

We got an item 4 months after ordering them and it had counterfeit stamps on it and so we had to pay 5 pound postage

All you can do at this late stage is ask the seller to pay you the £5.00 but there is no way to force them to.

If you were still within the 30 day guarantee period you could refuse to pay and open an Item not Received case and get a full refund for the item. But 4 months later you don't get any redress.
