Try deleting your login details and enter them manually, paying attention to every letter, digit and symbol. It's happened to me a few times, on different websites. If that fails, contact eBay and explain the problem.

That's a great idea! Ill try that! Still a shame we cant download the app.
They will lose a lot of customers.

According to the eBay announcement, there is a version of the app that works with iOS 16. I don't know much about Apple devices, I have an Android phone. Please follow their instructions. If you can't update it, come back here and hopefully someone with an Apple device will help you. If all else fails, contact eBay customer Services and explain your problem.

It's a bit of a long shot on this thread but has anyone successfully updated the app, with the correct operating systems. If so, please can you do a review of it on, say, youTube. I'd like to see if it's worth all the hype. Post the link here. Thank you.

No, not possible to update for my phone a Samsung S8

 

Samsung ended software support for the Galaxy S8 and S8+ on May 5, 2021, so it is not possible to update them to Android 10

There is nothing visibly different with the new version of the app, as far as I can tell, if that is what you are asking.

Hello. I use the android 9.onmyphone and can't update my App.. can you help me with thu problems please 

I have this issue with my android 9. I am unable to update my phone. I would like to browse/sell but now cannot. 

In case you have missed the message from eBay I can repeat this below for you,  it looks like Android 10 or higher now only works with the latest app update.

Members have reported deleting the app and using the browser works well.

Using  a browser works fairly well, but doesn't have all the bells and whistles of the app (notifications, for one thing).

 

You can also create a shortcut to the browser 'application' on your phone's home screen, which I find quite useful - see my previous post for details (if you can't find it, I'll re-post)

It's odd that ebay are ok with losing customers like this. I've tried using the browser (usa) but found the search is not great. I guess I'll have to give up on it then
