It was Royal Mail. Always Paypal until yesterday and it just went straight to my funds. I had a look at payment options and paypal was just for buying and no option to change that. I was able to change it to come off my CC.
Thanks for your reply, suelel1968.
Yep, you are right, with Royal Mail you should be able to use PayPal. Do you have the item number the label was for, so I can take a look and report it in case it is related to a technical issue?
Thank you,
Marco

Hello team
If you don’t ask you don’t get, I ask every time I speak to CS.
Could the relevant team please look at the shop pricing levels for the UK business sellers?
At present the private sellers get a lot more bang for their buck than a business sellers, more listings, cheaper subscription fee and the rollover feature.
Also the jump from featured shop to anchor is a huge leap cost wise.
If eBay are really about helping small businesses then let’s see some benefits to being correctly registered and paying for the privilege.
Instead of the endless promote, promote, promote notifications.
I know you can only pass it on, but some true consideration would really be welcome.
Jo

Thank you again.
Thanks for that, suelel1968.
We'll investigate both items, and come back to you on this as soon as I get an update. 👍
Thank you,
Marco

Thank you. Will wait another week for more info on this.
I have at the moment my letter opener listed under category >single cutlery> knives to add age-verified postage. But of course nobody is looking for a letter opener in this category. But at least I've done what is needed. Hope eBay can add age-verified postage on category letter openers with SD soon. Don't think this is difficult, just another postage option.

Would I need to follow this up again at some point? Bit tiring to say the least.

Hi @bojangled
This is something we have passed back at a recent meeting with the business unit. We have raised subscriptions and fees with the guys.
I can't guarantee there will be any changes soon but it is definitely something that is being spoken about.
Thanks,
Dave

Thanks. Bit of feedback though: just want to say it did work better when you had the drop-down menu and added it that way. Simple. Not this work-around which takes slightly longer.

Hi there,
Can I ask a basic question about delivery addresses - why does eBay allow buyers to enter a delivery address but subsequently complain about it to the seller saying it is deficient and that 'there may be problems with this order that may prevent us from generating a postage label'?
These tend to be trivially fixable things e.g. adding a space into the postcode, splitting text too long to fit on a single label line, or choosing London rather than an inner-London borough name - but now with Simple Delivery the system is still complaining but some of the fields are non-editable.
Please, could the system guide buyers to enter acceptable addresses (suitable for use on your lovely labels) before accepting their order. This will surely save them inconvenience or loss, and save everyone time in the future.
Maybe there is a good reason for how the system currently works but I couldn't work it out.
Hi ccla3379, thanks for your post.
Yes, thanks for your input, I can totally see what you mean. I will pass this on as feedback for you no problem, anything else, please feel free to let us know. Like we always say, this doesn't necessarily means that changes will be made.
Thank you,
Marco

Hi suelel1968, thanks for your patience on this.
I've just been confirmed that this is a change, and it is being progressively rolled out. This means that some accounts will have the option and some others won't, but eventually it will be the same for all accounts. However, you can use your debit/credit card. I can see you set that up already, and your available funds on your eBay account will also be available to purchase labels.
Hope this helps,
Marco

I sent you a PM with the details of the person you need to speak to.
Thanks,
